  Had a very good experience! We needed to go from Fullerton to downtown LA for an evening concert. Sunny arrived early for the pick up, dropped us off in front of the venue, communicated via text for the timely pick up after the concert and then safely returned us at the end of the evening.   Excellent service!!  From the very first email to get information about Sunnys services to the final trip to the airport, everything was amazing.  I had so many questions and concerns (I needed a car seat - interestingly, the service listed on the Disney website does NOT provide car seats) but all my questions and concerns were addressed quickly, efficiently and kindly - I never felt I was bothering them with my incessant questions.  As soon as we landed, we got a text that our driver was in the area and when the Lincoln SUV pulled up to pick us up, we were very impressed.  It was a beautifully comfortable car (complete with car seat) and our driver (Carlos) handled that LA traffic with ease and skill - I give him much credit for dealing with driving that route safely.  When it was time to go home, again we got a text that Carlos was outside our hotel and again our ride to the airport was smooth, quick and worry-free.   Our family of five have used Sunny's transportation over the years to travel to and from LAX and Long Beach airport. Sanjay is usually our driver and he is always a little early or on time greeting us with a smile no matter how early or late we have him meet us.  His vehicles are clean and reliable with plenty of room to relax and rest in and is a great way to start off or end our vacation.  We have used other companies before and they didn't live up to the standard of this small company.  Sanjay tries his best to deliver a quality product for his customers and it is no wonder that he has many return clients.   Sunny was the most affordable option for our large group with a lot of luggage. His van fit all of us with our luggage with room to spare! He was at the airport ready for us when we landed, the waters in the vehicle were greatly appreciated.
